About Grand Master Seong...
Grandmaster Seong is a 7th degree black belt from Korea. He has been involved in Korean Martial Arts since 1957, and holds a B.S. degree in Physical Education.
Grand Master Seong is a former head coach of the Korean Air Force and is a National Team Coach for more than 10 countries. He has taught at his own school in the Breezewood Shopping Center, located in Fredericksburg, VA, since 1987.

What is Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do is an action philosophy. It is the art of Korean self-defense. Tae Kwon Do is a martial art that balances the physical powers of the body with the spirit and mind. It is much more than kicking and punching. Through Tae Kwon Do, all practitioners benefit by developing a strong body, self-confidence, and respect for themselves and others. Tae Kwon Do is also the world's oldest martial art.

Getting started in Tae Kwon Do is easy. At Seong's Martial Arts Academy we have a wonderful beginner's program. Just stop in to the school, fill out a form, and we will get you started in a program to promote your self-discipline, defense, confidence, and motivation!
